These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website aqentrax.com (hereinafter, the "Site") operated by Aqentrax S.A., CUIT 30-72198456-3, registered with the General Inspection of Justice under correlative number 1,987,234 of Book 98 of Joint Stock Companies, with registered address at Av. Libertador 6250, Floor 8, Office B, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires (C1428ARS), Argentina (hereinafter, "Aqentrax").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Site, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of them, we ask that you do not use the Site. Continued use of the Site after any modification of these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.
2. Informational nature of the Site
The Site is exclusively informational in nature. The information published on the Site about real estate crowdlending, construction projects, estimated returns, and investment opportunities does not constitute a public offering of securities, an investment recommendation, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Any investment decision should be based on the investor's own analysis and, if necessary, on the advice of qualified professionals.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to texts, images, graphics, logos, designs, software, databases, and the overall structure of the Site, are the property of Aqentrax S.A. or its licensors, and are protected by Argentine Law No. 11,723 on Intellectual Property and applicable international treaties. The reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation of any content on the Site without prior written authorization from Aqentrax is prohibited.
4. Permitted use
The user agrees to use the Site in compliance with the law, these Terms, morality, and good customs. The following is prohibited: Using the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or purposes contrary to public order; Introducing or spreading computer viruses or any system that could cause damage to the Site or third parties; Attempting to access restricted areas of the Site without authorization; Using scraping techniques, automated crawling, or other methods to extract data from the Site in bulk; Impersonating another person or entity when completing forms.
5. Contact form
The contact form available on the Site is solely intended to allow the user to send inquiries or information requests to Aqentrax. By submitting a form, the user declares that the data provided is truthful, complete, and up-to-date. Aqentrax does not guarantee a specific response time, although we strive to respond within 48 business hours.
6. Limitation of liability
Aqentrax does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Site. The information contained on the Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Aqentrax shall not be liable for: Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site; Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in published information; Economic losses arising from investment decisions made based on information on the Site; Service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Aqentrax does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such sites. Access to third-party sites is at your sole responsibility.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the National Commercial Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
9. Modifications
Aqentrax reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications shall take effect from their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after publication of modifications implies acceptance of the new Terms.
